These terms govern the Claymate iOS app and this website. Claymate is operated by Mo Media Group. Contact: support@momediagroup.io.

The service

Claymate is a record-keeping companion for pottery. It remembers what you record about pieces, materials, firings and results. It is not a kiln controller, safety system, glaze chemistry lab, marketplace or social network.

Claymate cannot judge whether a pot is dry, whether a kiln is cool, or whether a glaze is food safe. Those judgements stay with you and your studio.

Accounts

You may start as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials you use (email, Apple, or Google). Do not share your account. You must provide accurate information when you contact support.

Subscriptions, trials and renewal

Claymate Pro is sold through the Apple App Store. Prices, trial length and renewal terms are shown by Apple at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Historical records remain readable if Pro expires. Export and account deletion are never locked behind Pro.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s studios, overload our systems, or use Claymate for anything unlawful. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You own the pottery records and photos you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide Claymate to you (including private backup/sync when enabled).

Intellectual property

Claymate, the Claymate name, and the app and website design belong to Mo Media Group. You may not copy the product or our brand assets except via the press kit for legitimate media use.

Availability

We aim to keep Claymate available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline-first records on your device remain available even if the network is down.

Disclaimers

Claymate is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that recorded measurements, cone labels or firing notes are physically correct — they reflect what you entered.

Termination

You may stop using Claymate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for abuse or if required by law.
