Manage your Claymate subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed by Apple. Claymate does not collect card numbers or App Store passwords.

Manage on Apple

Open Apple’s subscription settings to change or cancel Claymate Pro.

In Claymate, use Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

If Restore doesn’t match what you paid, contact us with the Apple ID email (not the password) and we’ll help you look.

App Store refunds are handled by Apple.

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Claymate → Cancel Subscription.

Deleting Claymate does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Android will appear here when a public Google Play listing exists. Claymate is coming to iPhone first.
