Delete Claymate Account

This page explains how to permanently delete a Claymate account. You do not need the Claymate app installed to use the web request below. Contact: contact@claymate.io.

Delete in the Claymate app

  1. Open Claymate and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Optionally export your studio first.
  4. Confirm deletion. This cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

Use the verified request form below. You must prove you own the account email before deletion runs. Entering someone else’s email cannot delete their account.

Verify ownership, then delete

Enter the email on your Claymate account. We will send a one-time verification link so only the account owner can delete it. We will not delete an account based on an email address alone.

What is deleted

  • Your Claymate authentication account
  • Synced studio records associated with that account (pieces, materials, recipes, firings, and related data)
  • Synced private media in Claymate cloud storage under your account folder (piece photos and synced voice-note audio / other media assets)

Local copies that exist only on a device are not stored in Claymate cloud Storage and cannot be removed from this website — clear or uninstall the app on that device if needed. Support emails you already sent may be retained as needed to operate the service.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting a Claymate account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel billing in the store you used:
